The Rev'd Mark Hudson, Deacon
Deacon Mark Hudson has served in the Diocese of Louisiana since being ordained in December 2007 at St. James Episcopal Church, Baton Rouge. His passion for outward ministry with nursing homes and working with five churches in the Baton Rouge area as a clergy leader for Stephen Ministry brought him much happiness during this time.
In the years since, Deacon Mark has served as Chaplain for Bishop Morris Thompson, as well as Deacon at Trinity Episcopal Church, New Orleans, and St. John's Episcopal Church, Kenner. He began his work at St. Mark's in August 2016 and works alongside the congregation to serve at Bayside Nursing Home. Deacon Mark is also a Chaplain with the JPSO Jefferson Parish Sherriff’s Office.
Deacon Mark has studied at Loyola University New Orleans (Masters of Theology in Pastoral Studies, 2014), the University Of Pennsylvania Wharton School (where he obtained his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation, 2000), Tulane University Freeman Scholl of Business (MBA 1996) and Southeastern University (B.S. Industrial Management, 1979). He is married to Debbie and has two grown children (Daniel Hudson, and wife Kristie, and Melinda Hudson) and three grandchildren D.J, Avery, and Aubrey.

The Rev'd Canon John A. Kellogg, Priest-In-Charge
A native of Shreveport, LA, John majored in psychology at Millsaps College. After working for Habitat for Humanity in Jackson, MS, John attended The General Theological Seminary in New York City. He has served as Canon Missioner for the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana and Priest-In-Charge of St. Mark's since August 2014. John and his wife, Tait, love calling Louisiana home.
We are an Episcopal Church that believes "if it's not about love, it's not about God."
We gather together for services on Sundays at 8:15 am & 10:00 am and we take part in many ministries throughout each week.
